Why exhibit

Not an industrial trade show, but
a designed "co-creation field."

The value of exhibiting at HuRoC EXPO is not "visitor numbers" but "the quality of who you meet" and "what continues afterward." We don’t let it end on the day — through media.huroc.org and the HuRoC community, we build a pathway for results to emerge in the six months to a year after exhibiting.

  • 01 Decision-makers

Meet the decision-makers driving humanoid social implementation

R&D and executive leaders from manufacturing, research institutions, local government, startups, and VCs gather in Ota City. In a single day, the distance from casual conversation to joint-validation projects is short.

  • 02 Narrative

Speak within the context of "humans and robots coexisting"

Not through the logic of an industrial trade show, but edited as a co-creation media platform that spans daily life, society, and industry. You can reframe and present your technology within the context of "future living."

  • 03 Stage

Broadcast live on the day through stage and panel sessions

Keynotes, special lectures, and panels share the same venue as the booths. A pathway designed so you can amplify your message in parallel with your exhibition booth.

  • 04 Media

Amplify your booth before and after with HuRoC Media

Exhibitor feature articles linked to media.huroc.org, a social media package, and post-event reports. We prepare a mechanism that keeps generating leads before and after the day of the show.

  • 05 Network

Match directly with the Ota City manufacturing network

Hosted in Ota City, one of Japan’s leading clusters of small factories. We connect you on real sites — from searching for prototyping, chassis, and precision-machining partners to securing fields for PoCs.

  • 06 Co-creation

A place to design "how robots are used," together

A space to study and experience robots together with visitors before users actually use them. Through HuRoC’s original "Useware (the design of usage)" philosophy, we help update the questions exhibitors bring.
